Students participate in a diverse, engaging and personalised learning program, and the Daily Organiser is committed to ensuring students are fully supported in their learning through the management of class cover and resources.</p><p>Please refer to the attached position description for more information.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>The Daily Organiser will need to demonstrate careful planning, flexible organisation and a consistent approach to the allocation of extras, under-allotted and in-lieu lessons, as well as contributing extensively to the general organisation of classes, compass events, timetabling and relevant school operations.</p><p><strong>Key Selection Criteria</strong></p><p>Essential:<br />- Specialist knowledge of timetabling and school organisation systems and technologies<br />- An ability to assess, problem-solve and deliver solutions on a range of systemic and procedural matters<br />- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, with a particular focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders<br />- Autonomous, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability<br />- Exceptional organisational, administrative and time management skills<br />- Proven experience successfully managing resources and budgets<br />- Commitment to work within and positively advance the College’s Mission and Mercy values<br />- Understanding and/or appreciation of the principles of a Catholic community organisation</p><p>Desirable:</p><p>- Experience in a large secondary school setting<br /><br />This position requires a current Police Check, Working with Children Check and drivers’ licence.</p><p>Classification is ESS Category C Level 3 in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022. <br /> </p><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br /> </p><p>Applications must include:</p><p>a cover letter addressing each of the key selection criteria above <br />a resume<br />and can be addressed to Ms Anna Negro, Principal.</p><p>Applications sent direct to the college will not be accepted.</p><p><strong>Applications will be assessed as they come through and the vacancy may be filled prior to the closing date of 9.00AM FRIDAY 27 SEPTEMBER 2024</strong></p>
