<p>Applications are invited from enthusiastic and passionate Primary classroom teachers for two temporary positions in our Primary School for the 2025 school year, one full-time leave position and one part-time (0.6 FTE) maternity leave position.</p><p> </p><p>The successful applicants for these roles will have a thorough knowledge of the NSW K-6 Curriculum and contemporary teaching and assessment practices. They will be able to plan, prepare, and deliver high quality differentiated learning experiences, catering to the needs of all students within their class. They will be able to model the highest standards of professional skill and teaching practice in the classroom, holding high expectations for student learning and behaviour. </p><p> </p><p>As collaborative practitioners, they will work well as part of a team, working closely alongside Specialist Teachers, Learning Support Teachers and School Counsellors. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, the successful applicants will have a deep understanding of the pastoral needs of primary-aged students and be able to form effective, meaningful relationships with both children and parents. Experience in girls’ education and in developing and delivering a range of wellbeing support programs may also be an advantage for these roles. They will also be committed to the full life of the school and supportive of its Christian ethos.</p><p> </p><p>Applications for these positions should be emailed to Helen Dempsey, Head of Primary, and include the following information:</p><ul><li><strong>A cover letter: </strong>introducing yourself, your skills and describing how you meet the criteria outlined above.
