<p>The successful applicant will have Middle or Senior Leadership experience in Student Wellbeing, Engagement and Student Management. An understanding of the Berry Street Education Model, Restorative Practices and/or trauma informed practices would be essential, as would postgraduate study in Student Wellbeing or a related field. An understanding of, and interest in, working in a culturally and linguistically diverse community would be a distinct advantage.</p><p>Our staff are well supported through a highly collaborative staff culture, good systems for Performance Development and Coaching, and a strong professional culture and commitment to ongoing learning.</p><p>Postgraduate study is encouraged, and the College contributes towards course fees for teaching undertaking study. This includes 100% of course costs for study in Religious Education, Theology and areas linked directly to the School Improvement Plan, and 50% of costs in other areas.</p><p>The tenure for this leadership role is 5 years, however, the appointment to the College is ongoing.</p><p> </p>
