<p><i><strong>Inspiring Minds, Hearts &amp; Spirits</strong></i></p><p>Red Bend Catholic College invites suitably qualified and experienced leaders to apply for the leadership role of Professional Practice Coordinator. </p><p>Situated in the heart of the Lachlan Valley in Central West NSW, Red Bend Catholic College is a co-educational Years 7-12 Catholic Day and Boarding school in the Marist tradition. The College educates over 860 students from rural, regional and remote areas to provide an extensive Catholic education. Our core purpose is to make Jesus Christ known and loved through the rich experiences of College life, which includes a clear focus on academic care, wellbeing, boarding, co-curricular and sporting experiences.</p><p>The Professional Practice Coordinator will provide creative and dynamic leadership in all areas related to the development and formation of Teaching Staff, with a particular focus on staff new to the College and Early Career Teachers. Leading improvement and innovation, the Leader of Professional Practice will motivate, engage and influence staff to improve performance and support the work of teacher, driving initiatives that significantly elevate teaching quality and student outcomes. The Professional Practice Coordinator will be guided by the principles of Visible Learning and Explicit instruction.</p><p>The Professional Practice Coordinator will be an exceptional educational leader with a passion for  teaching and learning.
