An exciting leadership opportunity exists at Corpus Christi Primary School for a lead-teacher demonstrating deep commitment to Catholic education, wellbeing and child safety, as Deputy Principal. The Deputy Principal role will be inclusive of a Learning and Teaching responsibility.

<p><strong>In conjunction with the School Leadership Team,the Deputy Principal will actively ensure the School Improvement Plan and Annual action Plans are used to drive school improvement and are regularly monitored. </strong></p><p><strong>The Deputy Principal / Learning and Teaching role will encompass:</strong></p><ul><li>Working closely with, and leading school staff and parents to deliver high quality educational programs for all students while promoting Corpus Christi as a learning community with a learning culture that develops lifelong learners.</li><li>Ensuring the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</li><li>Leading the faith community of Corpus Christi by living and promoting the Gospel values so as to enhance our Catholic school culture.</li><li>Fostering a positive team culture underpinned by professional relationships, including working professionally with, and on behalf of, the principal.</li><li>Supporting staff in the delivery of high quality learning and teaching through developing and implementing school improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of inspirational teaching and learning.</li><li>Leading innovation and change in driving the school forward in alignment with the School Improvement Plan as an outcome of developing, leading and supporting school improvement initiatives.</li><li>Leading learning that is developmentally appropriate, innovative, promotes learning in a contemporary and authentic context and differentiates accordingly.  </li><li>Supporting the principal in leading the school community to develop and nurture a culture of welcome and inclusion.</li><li>Leading staff to work collaboratively to build a culture of fairness, empowerment and excellence. </li><li>Developing leadership capabilities of all and empowering others to lead professional learning. </li><li>Modelling and nourishing positive, meaningful and committed relationships with students, staff and the wider school community.</li><li>Providing structures that engage and empower each member of the school community, in order to develop confident, independent and resilient learners. </li><li>Leading and working effectively with parents/guardians, other professionals and members of the broader community to provide effective learning for all. </li><li>Undertaking and overseeing the required administrative and organisational tasks to ensure the effective operation of the school in compliance with relevant Government and MACS regulations.</li></ul><p>Applications should be made in writing and forwarded via email to the Principal, Ms Linda Roynic principal&#64;ccwerribee.catholic.edu.au </p><p>Applications should contain the following:</p><ul><li>A Cover Letter which addresses the Key Selection Criteria</li><li>A Curriculum Vitae that includes 3 nominated referees, including current employer with mobile phone details.  </li></ul><p>Applications close: 4th October 2025</p><p>Corpus Christi School Community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all within our community </p>
