Our outdoor education campus, Tallong, is located on 97 hectares in the Southern Highlands. Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus. </p><p>Our Coaches are responsible for the coaching and supervision of students as part of the sports programs at Santa Sabina College, supporting the Director of Sports and Co-curricular Activities in the coaching and skill development of students. The sports program incorporates four key components: Saturday/midweek competitions, school sports clubs, representative sport and College sports carnivals. The sports coach will work in a team and report to the relevant Sports Department Administrator. </p><p>The successful candidate will:</p><ul><li>support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College </li><li>have current coaching accreditation certificates</li><li>have experience in playing the sport of interest</li><li>maintain professional presentation and manner</li><li>display excellent written and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skill</li><li>support the processes for the recognition of student achievement in sport</li><li>manage student participation records</li><li>provide support to sports staff, coaches, umpires and convenors involved with students in the sports program</li><li>collectively supervise the performance of students</li><li>disseminate relevant information regarding Sports Programs at the College</li><li>attend matches and training if and when required</li><li>participate in external associations and sporting networks where appropriate</li></ul><p>Letters of application should be addressed to our College Principal, Ms Paulina Skerman.</p><p>For further information please contact Luiz Ramalho, Director of Sports and Co-curricular Activities on (02) 9745 0221. </p>
