Following this review, we have two fantastic opportunities for experienced and highly skilled House and Co-Curricular Coordinator (POL3) to join Penola Catholic College from 2025 to 2027.</p><p>As the House and Co-Curricular Coordinator you will plan and foster the development of the College’s Co-Curricular and House Program and manage all aspects of the organisation and activities for the year.</p><p>Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>To be successful you will have a genuine commitment to maximising the participation of all students in the house and co-curricular programs of the College. You will also have an openness to and enthusiasm for new ideas and challenges which will extend the range of activities available to students. You will have a willingness to approach and encourage staff colleagues to lead and participate in the co curricular and house program.</p><p>You will also be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’. You will also have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
