<p><strong>Domremy Catholic College Five Dock</strong><br><strong>Commencement Date:</strong> Monday, 14 October 2024<br><strong>Closing Date:</strong> Thursday, 5 September 2024<br><strong>Capacity:</strong> Full-Time, Temporary<br><br><strong>Position Highlights</strong><br><br> Domremy College is seeking to appoint a dynamic and outstanding teacher, experienced in teaching HSIE - Year 11 Society &amp; Culture. The ability to teach Religious Education would be an advantage. It is expected that the successful applicant will be committed to promoting excellence, educating young women to become confident, courageous, loving and generous women who embrace learning and carry Christ's light forward.<br><br> This is a full time, temporary position commencing Monday, 14 October to Friday, 8 November 2024. <br><br><strong>Key Selection Criteria</strong><br><br> As a member of Domremy College, the role requires a commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Presentation tradition.<br><br> The successful applicant will:</p> <ul> <li>demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of the Catholic school</li> <li>work collaboratively within the HSIE Department facilitating a learning environment which cultivates curiosity and passion for students</li> <li>show highly developed interpersonal skills</li> <li>use creative and innovative teaching practice to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity which in turn will meet the needs of all students</li> <li>be able to successfully integrate technology into everyday learning and planning</li> <li>have effective administrative and organisational skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will have attained:</strong></p> <ul> <li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li> <li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
