The role also involves planning lessons that accommodate different skill levels, assessing student progress, and encouraging a positive attitude towards physical activity.</p><p>This role also includes ensuring a safe learning environment, managing equipment, and contributing to organising school sports events; such as sports days and extracurricular activities. The teacher serves as a role model, promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle among young students.</p><p> </p><p>BRIEF DESCRIPTION, GENERAL TO ROLE</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities: </strong>The Primary School PE Teacher’s key responsibility is to develop students’ physical skills, promote healthy lifestyles, foster teamwork, and ensure<br />a safe, engaging environment for learning and participation in sports and activiti<strong>es.</strong><i> </i></p><p><strong>Personal Requirements: Bachelor of Primary Education or equivalent, along with a desire to implement evidence-based teaching approaches</strong>.
