The Head of Administration provides the necessary planning, organisation and administration to ensure the effective and efficient execution of daily College academic and co-curricular operations.

<p>Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is approximately 1,100 students.</p><p>The Head of Administration works in partnership with various key stakeholders including members of the College Leadership Team and middle management. The Head of Administration is directly responsible to the Headmaster and the Director of People and Culture.</p><p>Applications are invited from highly experienced educators from within any teaching discipline who can demonstrate a high degree of administrative experience and expertise. The successful applicant will manage a large portfolio, balance competing deadlines and have the ability to resolve complex administrative tasks.
