Not required to work in school holidays</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As an <strong>Assistant Leader of Learning: English (Coordinator 1)</strong> you will work to ensure each student is provided with the learning opportunities to reach their full potential.&nbsp;<br><br>To excel in this role, you will:</p><ul><li>demonstrate a strong understanding of NESA syllabus requirements and the ability to plan and deliver rigorous teaching activities within detailed programs</li><li>have extensive Stage 6 teaching experience and be able to teach Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 English</li><li>plan prepare and deliver lessons that facilitate deep learning</li><li>use data to monitor and encourage the progress of students</li><li>set a culture of high expectations with support for each student to achieve their best</li><li>work with the Leader of Learning English to promote a culture of high expectations for teaching and learning.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
