<p>St Paul's Catholic College Booragul&nbsp;is seeking a Permanent Full Time Leader of Learning - Wellbeing &amp; Engagement to join the team from 2025.<br><br>St Paul's Catholic College offers an inclusive, welcoming and comfortable environment.<br>The calm, nurturing setting has been designed to allow students and staff to feel at home in developing their varied capacities and skills.<br>The growth of the students is nurtured and encouraged by a supportive faculty through the provision of creative freedom, empowerment of the individual and opportunities for prayer and reflection.<br>The curriculum, both formal and informal, focuses on spiritual growth and reflects a respect for the diversity of all 750 students, their differing levels of abilities, strengths, weaknesses and gifts.<br><br><br><br><a href="https://diocesemn.azurewebsites.net/media/5497/position_description_-_cso_-_leader_of_wellbeing_and_engagement.pdf"><strong><u>POSITION DESCRIPTION</u></strong></a><br><br>The Leader of Learning - Wellbeing &amp; Engagement works in collaboration with the school leadership team and colleagues to ensure the promotion of student wellbeing in accordance with contemporary evidence-based principles.&nbsp;&nbsp;Across the school they will:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>ensure the highest standards of student wellbeing and learning engagement<br>&nbsp;</li><li>establish and maintain a culture of care and ensure proactive support for students and families<br>&nbsp;</li><li>work with Leaders of Learning to develop and implement quality learning and wellbeing programs that support engagement and learning outcomes<br>&nbsp;</li><li>establish a culture of collaborative and reflective practice<br>&nbsp;</li><li>support individuals in identifying new experiences for their continual professional development<br>&nbsp;</li></ul>
