<p>Established in 1998, Penrith Anglican College in Orchard Hills seeks to nurture and develop empowered learners with strength of character who know and follow Christ and serve others. Throughout its history, the College has established itself as a place of academic rigour and care, producing graduates who reflect the College&#39;s values of compassion, integrity, courage, humility, and perseverance.</p><p>Due to significant sustained growth across the College, the Deputy Principal, Pre-K to Year 12, is a newly created key leadership role at the College to support an expanding community of students and staff. Developed to support the Principal, this pivotal role involves strategic leadership and the day-to-day management of the entire school, from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. The Deputy Principal plays a key role in promoting the school&#39;s strategic vision, ensuring cohesion across academic, pastoral and co-curricular programs, fostering a positive learning environment. They work closely with the Principal, Heads of School and other senior leaders to oversee school operations, drive continuous improvement and support staff development.
