The region is renowned for its thriving water sports, running and biking culture and is a haven for snow sport and hiking enthusiasts.<br /> </p><p>We are 2 hours from the snowfields, 3.5 hours from the center of Melbourne and a 5-hour commute to Sydney via smooth freeway driving. The collaborative Mathematics team is waiting to welcome a dedicated teacher who is happy to show initiative and wants to grow their knowledge and share their expertise. There is opportunity for advancement and room to follow their own co-curricular passion. </p><p>We are seeking applications from Mathematics Teachers to join the Scots School Albury for the commencement of Term 1 2025. This role is an ongoing appointment – fulltime teaching load. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching delivering Mathematics NESA Courses Stages 4, 5 &amp; 6.and will be passionate about the subject area.</p><p><strong>About the Applicant</strong><br /><strong>The Mathematics Teacher will:</strong><br />be an inspiring energetic and enthusiastic Mathematics specialist with previous experience teaching or who is keen to teach Mathematics NESA Courses Stages 4, 5 &amp; 6 in a senior school environment.</p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with Teachers in Departments.<br /> </li></ul><p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree – Qualifications that allow registration as a Teacher in NSW.</li><li>Master of Education or equivalent</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Criteria </strong></p><ul><li>An understanding of and experience in delivering Mathematics NESA Courses Stages 5 &amp; 6.</li></ul><p><strong>The Scots School Albury is committed to child safety.
