Not required to work in school holidays</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><br><strong>About You</strong><br><br>The successful applicant will join the <strong>TAS and Visual Arts</strong> teams, focused on providing quality Catholic education and maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging.<br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>a commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition</li><li>current TAS teaching qualifications with the ability to teach Visual Arts subjects</li><li>capacity to facilitate the ongoing development of differentiated pedagogy and assessment</li><li>an understanding of and ability to effectively enhance student achievement and performance which is informed by evidence-based approaches and the skilled use of data</li><li>ability to work and teach as part of a team</li><li>a genuine desire to build genuine and professional relationships, and to promote shared commitment and a sense of alignment with College strategic directions.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
