<p>St Thomas Aquinas Primary School, Norlane is a school of 156 students. This vital role requires a close collaboration with the Principal to provide strong leadership and support to our school community. As a senior leader, the Deputy Principal will be a positive role model for staff, students, and parents, embodying the Catholic faith and the mission of our school in both word and action. </p><p>Key responsibilities include leading Student Wellbeing, Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) and Daily Organisation. In addition, the Deputy Principal will play a crucial role in enacting the school’s vision and mission.</p><p>The attached position description is indicative of the role. We anticipate applicants will have already held a Position of Leadership and/or a Deputy Principal role.
