Our dedicated Educators are transforming the landscape of autism education, paving the way for brighter futures and boundless opportunities for our students.</p><p><strong>About the School:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are looking for a School Principal to join the Aspect Education Leadership team, and lead the Aspect Riverina School in Albury, NSW.</p><p>Relocating to Albury, NSW, offers a wonderful opportunity for a school principal seeking a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Set along the scenic Murray River, Albury combines natural beauty with a strong sense of community and vibrant local culture. For a smooth transition, an appropriate relocation package will be negotiated with the preferred candidate, and may include assistance with moving expenses, temporary housing, and support for settling into the community. Albury’s unique blend of serenity and opportunity makes it an ideal place for educational leadership and personal enrichment.</p><p>Aspect Riverina&nbsp;School is situated close to cafes in the city centre in a beautiful location with charming buildings and recently renovated facilities. It proudly provides&nbsp;placement for&nbsp;approximately 100 students on the autism spectrum&nbsp;from ages 4 to 17 from Albury, as well as from 2 satellite classes, one within a Catholic Education School in Albury, and the other at the Charles Sturt University campus in Wagga Wagga.</p><p><a href="https://www.aspect.org.au/our-services/going-to-school/riverina-school">To find out more about our school, click here.</a></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><p>Lead a school culture that demonstrates Aspect’s Mission, Vision and Values. Work within a team, using a person-centred approach, to implement the&nbsp;<strong>Aspect Comprehensive Approach (ACA)&nbsp;</strong>to teach students the skills, knowledge and strategies they require to achieve their potential and facilitate them to positively engage with their community.</p><p>Provide expert educational leadership to the school to ensure every student is developing the necessary skills to positively engage in their current and future environments.
