The Educator will work across a variety of shifts and hours including:</p><p>• Before School Care session (6.30 – 9.00 am) Monday to Friday</p><p>• After School Care session (2.30 – 6.15 pm) Monday to Friday</p><p>• Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days (6.30 – 6.15 pm)</p><p><i>We are seeking Educators who are flexible with their availability.</i></p><p> </p><p><strong>Outline of Educator Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Provide a safe, secure environment for children aged 4-12 years</p><p>• Interacting and engaging with children to create an inviting, caring environment</p><p>• Providing learning opportunities for children through intentional teaching methods while encouraging spontaneous learning</p><p>• Contributing to the curriculum My Time Our Place and EYLF by evaluating children’s interactions during play</p><p>• Greeting families and effectively communicating with families attending the service to form strong partnerships</p><p>• Provide quality care to meet the needs of all children attending</p><p>• Respect for and inclusion of diversity</p><p> </p><p>To apply, you will have the following</p><p>• Current Working with Children Check</p><p>• Certificate in Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education Care (RRHAN-EC)</p><p>• HLTAID001 Provide CPR</p><p>• HLTAID004 Provide First Aid in an Education Setting</p><p>• Must have Diploma in Out of Schools Hours Care, Children’s Services or School Age Education and Care, or relevant Education Degree as approved by ACECQA</p><p><i>Golden Grove Lutheran Primary School is committed to being a ‘Child Safe’ school with an expectation that all staff commit to our Child Safe Policy and Child Safe Code of Conduct.
