<p>We are seeking an experienced and succesful middle leader with extensive experience in leadership and change management, with particular expertise in leading learning diversity. This needs to be underpinned by extensive teaching experience from Prep to Year 6.</p><p> A thorough knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, the Disability Standards for Education 2005 and the compliance requirements of NCCD is essential. </p><p>Applicants need to display an applied knowledge of the key principles and structures of the CECV Intervention Framework and had extensive experience in putting it into practice from Prep to Year 6. In addition, an applied knowledge of a range of common disabilities and the typical adjustments, interventions and supports required is essential.</p><p> Applicants need to be qualified to administer and analyse User Level B assessments (e.g. WIAT-111, Raven’s, PPVT) to plan adjustments and/or intervention for students. </p><p>Flexibility, collaboration and the ability to manage, lead and motivate a diverse team is essential.
