Not required to work in school holidays</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>About You</strong><br /> <br />As a Leader: Staffing &amp; Administration, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br /> <br />To excel in this role, it is desirable that the successful applicant will:</p> <ul> <li>have interpersonal skills, which foster effective communication, teamwork, leadership and cooperation across a wide cross section of stakeholders</li> <li>have high level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports to inform decision makers, the Executive, and staff &amp; community on college matters</li> <li>have aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role</li> <li>highly developed IT skills with administrative systems and procedures</li> <li>have proven ability to work autonomously, to set and meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet goals</li> <li>demonstrate a commitment to uphold, support and contribute to the values, vision and mission of Brigidine College.</li> </ul> <p>You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a tertiary qualification in Secondary Education</li> <li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li> <li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per<a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"> Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br /> <br />Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
