We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning Support Officer to join our College.

<p><strong>Learning Support Officer</strong></p><p><strong>Full-time Fixed term contract </strong></p><p><strong>Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm.</strong></p><p> </p><p>Catholic Regional College North Keilor is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer to join our Learning Support team. This role involves working collaboratively with teachers to support students with additional learning needs and to enhance their educational outcomes.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Teaching &amp; Learning:</strong> Support students with diverse needs in the classroom and other educational settings. Assist with curriculum understanding, lesson preparation, and individualized learning plans.</li><li><strong>Student Support:</strong> Help students with physical, emotional, and academic needs. Assist with personal care as required and support students during excursions and other activities.</li><li><strong>Pastoral Care &amp; Child Safety:</strong> Ensure a child-safe environment and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere. Adhere to child safety policies and provide pastoral care in alignment with school values.</li><li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Stay updated with curriculum initiatives and ICT skills.
