<p>The Head of Curriculum (Prep - Year 6) and IB Coordinator (ELC - Year 6) takes responsibility for the overall planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching and learning programs across the Junior School. He/she will work closely with the Dean of Junior School and the Junior Team leaders in order to foster improvement, innovation and excellence in curriculum and its delivery. </p><p>As per the Strategic Plan, the role is designed to build the capacity of staff and students to work as a team with a whole-school approach to supporting and enabling the learning of every student within the learning community. </p><p>This position will work in collaboration with teams that research, trial and embed a range of contemporary pedagogies and learning models that increase opportunities for project-based, cross-curricular, cross-age and differentiated learning to ensure growth and progress for every student. </p><p>Please see the attached Position Description for more details.</p>
