This position has become available as the current Business Manager, is transitioning to an exciting new opportunity as Director of Stewardship at the National Catholic Education Commission. This departure creates a significant opportunity for a new leader to drive the College forward.</p><p>As Business Manager, you will have a diverse and interesting role, including business operations, financial management and reporting, legal and personnel management, administrative services and properties and facilities management, as well as oversight of a team of finance, property and education support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of the St Bernard’s journey. </p><p>As an integral member of the College Leadership Team, you will have a visible and relational approach, ensuring that the College’s philosophy, aims and objectives are reflected in the role, and ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively to support our mission and the long-term success of the College.</p><p>We are seeking a highly accomplished financial leader with a proven track record in financial management and experience in budget planning and monitoring, financial reporting, strategic planning, managing cash flow and capital works.
