The position of School Support Officer (TAS Assistant) is to support the administrative functions of the College TAS Department. This is a job-share position Tuesday &amp; Wednesday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. This is a permanent, part-time 0.4FTE job share position commencing Term 3 2024.&nbsp;<br><br>To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>a commitment to supporting the spiritual and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition</li><li>oversee the preparation of materials, produce and equipment for practical and demonstration lessons in consultation with TAS teachers</li><li>a desire to be part of an energetic team with a passion for creativity</li><li>flexible, adaptive, and willing to assist with a diverse range of support roles across the College</li><li>strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>competence and confidence in using a variety of ICT including Microsoft Office Applications</li><li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li><li>effective communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>professional presentation</li><li>accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li><li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li><li>other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent</li><li>current First Aid qualifications</li><li>possess a sound knowledge of current WH&amp;S legislation and guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
