As Business Manager, you will have a diverse and interesting role, including responsibility for overseeing the financial, commercial and operational functions of the College. You will work closely with the Principal and College Leadership Team to develop and implement financial and strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead a team of finance, compliance and maintenance staff.</p><p> </p><p>We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record in financial management and experience in budget planning and monitoring, financial reporting, managing cash flow and capital works. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are also essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a range of diverse stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p>As an integral member of the College Leadership Team, you will have a visible and relational approach, ensuring that the College’s philosophy, aims and objectives are reflected in the role, and ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively to support our mission.</p><p> </p><p>Further information regarding the role is available on the EREA Colleges website under Work with Us.
