This pivotal role will shape the future of Catholic education for over 40,000 students.</p><p>Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Quality & Performance, you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance teaching practices, drive educational research, and ensure robust quality frameworks and adherence across CSPD. You'll collaborate closely with Heads of Performance, Principals, and key stakeholders to align school performance processes with CSPD strategy and standards.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance frameworks that enhance educational outcomes. You will design tools to support school participation in performance processes while measuring and analysing school operational and learning practices. </p><p>By providing valuable insights to executive leadership, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organisation. Additionally, you will lead research projects that inform educational practices and policies, collaborating with academic institutions to advance educational research. Your initiatives will drive changes in teaching practices, allowing for the measurement of their impact, and ensuring that quality assurance initiatives are aligned with the specific needs of schools.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership and quality assurance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. With a strong background in educational research and data analysis, you will be equipped to drive meaningful improvements and enhancements in educational practices.
