Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking exceptional Heads of Performance to drive excellence across our network of 80 schools.</p><p>As Head of Performance, you will lead a network of schools and Principals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your mission: support and lead our Principals and schools to deliver outstanding educational outcomes for over 40,000 students while nurturing their faith development and wellbeing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>In this role, you will provide guidance and challenge to school leaders to enhance teaching and learning, placing a strong emphasis on Catholic identity, social teaching principles, and community engagement. You will collaborate with Principals and school teams to co-design School Improvement Plans that align with the CSPD strategic plan while being tailored to meet the specific needs of local contexts. Your focus will be on fostering high-performing Principals by offering personalised support, improvement strategies, and access to relevant professional learning opportunities. Additionally, you will assist Principals in identifying and addressing staff development needs through data analysis, enabling a systematic approach to performance and enablement.&nbsp;</p><p>Tracking and analysing key school and student metrics will be essential for identifying gaps and driving improvement initiatives at both individual schools and across the CSPD. You will work closely with Principals to ensure consistent teaching practices across schools, leveraging CSPD resources to maximise teaching time. Furthermore, you will support Principals in fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring a safe environment for both students and staff within CSPD schools.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Is highly collaborative and can work within a team of Heads of Performance to deliver both local and systemic outcomes for schools and CSPD</li><li>Proven track record in educational leadership and school improvement</li><li>Deep understanding of contemporary pedagogy and curriculum development</li><li>Exceptional ability to mentor, influence, and build high-performing teams</li><li>Solid understanding of financial and operational success within a school setting</li><li>Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making</li><li>Passion for Catholic education and its transformative power</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Candidates for this position will bring their experience as school leaders and the relevant qualifications that requires.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Apply today!</strong></p><p>Applications are open until 11:55pm EST, Sunday 1 September 2024.
