<p>Loyola College is a Catholic Co-Educational School in the Ignatian tradition with an enrolment of 1447 students.</p> <p>Loyola College invites applications for the position of Deputy Principal Staff and Compliance to commence in 2025. &nbsp; This is a senior leadership role within the College, directly responsible to the Principal in all matters relating to compliance and human resources. &nbsp; Human Resource requirements include recruitment, induction and the maintenance of &nbsp;professional standards. &nbsp; The Compliance component of the position requires the Deputy Principal Staff &amp; Compliance to ensure &nbsp;the school is fulfilling its duties relevant to local, state and federal legislation.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Deputy Principal Staff and Compliance will initiate and promote effective staff wellbeing strategies according to the Mission and organisational goals of the College, with a view to supporting the development of the whole staff.
