We re currently seeking a passionate Diversity (Learning Support) teacher to join our school community on a temporary, full-time basis.

We have a strong focus on promoting positive relationships, empathy and understanding among our students.</p><p><strong>About the opportunity:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Diversity Teacher to join our school community on a temporary, full-time basis (this is not a Teacher's Aide position). We are seeking an individual who will work closely with our dynamic teaching team and share a clear focus on enhancing the learning experience for all students. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of our students!&nbsp;</p><p>As our Diversity Teacher, you will:</p><ul><li>Promote meaningful and age appropriate learning for all students</li><li>Maintain safe and inclusive learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans</li><li>Work collaboratively to plan and implement school programs with a diversity perspective</li><li>Assist the classroom teacher in identifying and prioritising vulnerable students</li><li>Assist and support Case Management processes and implement strategies that derive from them</li><li>Model inclusive teaching practices in order to build the capacity of classroom teachers</li><li>Work collaboratively within the learning space to build the capacity of students to participate and succeed in regular classroom activities</li><li>Assist with the delivery of professional learning opportunities for all staff in their field of expertise</li><li>Perform specific tasks as directed by the Principal and their delegate</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and accreditations:</strong></p><ul><li>Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance</li><li>Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Tertiary Qualification in Education/Teaching Statements of Service</li><li>Experience in Learning Support will be a distinct advantage&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>There are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
