We are proud to offer a values-based, Lutheran educational service that promotes a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunity. </p><p>Driving innovative, contemporary teaching and learning, our college is committed to providing rich, personalised learning experiences that encourage student agency and develop the essential knowledge, skills and attributes young people need to contribute confidently to community. </p><p><strong>An Opportunity</strong></p><p>Luther College seeks to appoint a dynamic and passionate Director of Teaching and Learning to work closely with the Principal to realise and achieve the college’s strategic goals and targets to provide an innovative and progressive curriculum design that enables learner empowerment. </p><p>Demonstrating significant expertise and experience, the Director of Teaching and Learning will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Luther College’s curriculum, to drive academic excellence and innovative pedagogy for students in Years 7-12.</p><p>This position is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team environment in a role that provides scope for growth and professional development.  The position is full-time and attracts a 3-year contract.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>As an integral member of the college&#39;s Executive Leadership team, you are a visionary leader who embodies a passion for teaching and learning and thrives in a collaborative surrounding. Flexible and adaptable, you will be able to respond to the evolving needs of the educational environment and pivot strategies as necessary, creating a positive and dynamic learning space that encourages growth and development. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of lifelong learning in both students and staff.</p><p>A highly motivated and experienced professional, you will spearhead our strategic goals and targets by designing and delivering an innovative curriculum that empowers students to become lifelong learners and global contributors.
