<p>St Martins Lutheran College, a nurturing and Christ-centred learning community, warmly invites dynamic and experienced leaders to join our Senior Leadership Team from January 2025. We are committed to promoting an environment where students thrive, and we are seeking dedicated professionals for the following newly established roles:</p><ul><li>Director of Student Wellbeing (R-6)</li><li>Director of Student Wellbeing (7-12)</li></ul><p>Established in 1982, St Martins is a family-friendly College with a strong sense of community, where everybody is valued for who they are as an individual and where learning is at the heart of everything we do. St Martins exists to provide an education that develops all aspects of a student’s intellectual, spiritual, physical, creative and social character within a Christian environment. We pursue a student-centred approach to learning, where students are challenged to strive for personal and community excellence.</p><p><strong>Conditions: </strong></p><p>The positions will commence in January 2025.  These positions will also include a teaching load of approximately 0.2 FTE. </p><p>The successful applicants will obtain a full-time, permanent teaching position with the Director of Student Wellbeing roles being fixed-term contract Positions of Additional Responsibility (PAR) for a limited tenure of 5 years. </p><p>Applications should be forwarded via email only by Sunday 18 August 2024.
