<p><strong>Monte Sant&#39; Angelo Mercy College is an independent school for girls in years 7 - 12. Established in 1875 by the Sisters of Mercy, Monte has a proud tradition of commitment to the Catholic faith, academic achievement and cultural endeavour. Heritage buildings and landscaped grounds provide an attractive educational environment.</strong></p><p>An excellent part time opportunity, working three days per week (0.6 FTE), has become available for a suitably qualified <strong>Marketing Manager</strong> to join the College. This position has a range of responsibilities and activities including strategic brand development, research, measurement and analysis of marketing activities, managing and delivering strategic marketing projects, creation of digital promotion material including video production, social media and providing expert marketing, communications and brand advice. In this role you will be working closely with the Director Development and Community Relations and the Development Office team as well as the broader College community. </p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><strong>Marketing &amp; Communications Strategy:</strong> In conjunction with the Director Development &amp; Community Relations, developing a detailed and comprehensive marketing strategy for the College</li><li><strong>College Publications:</strong> Overseeing all aspects of College publications in conjunction with the Communications Coordinator</li><li><strong>Advertising:</strong> Plan a schedule of relevant key advertising activities</li><li><strong>Branding/Website/Social Media and Marketing Collateral:</strong> Developing the College website to ensure consistent branding, new content development as well as developing marketing collateral for College and Foundation projects, events and campaigns</li><li><strong>Event Support:</strong> Provide event support where required</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly-organised with a high level of attention to detail. You will be articulate in both written and verbal communication and able to build positive and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>Key knowledge, skills and abilities:</p><ul><li>Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in marketing, communications, publications and media relations</li><li>Proven leadership experience in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic marketing plans</li><li>Ability to collect and use data to inform marketing plans</li><li>Understanding of and experience in the strategic development of brands</li><li>Experience with marketing analytics, measurement of campaigns and producing reporting</li><li>Demonstrated experience in creating compelling marketing content for use across digital and print mediums</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing and communications strategies</li><li>Proven ability to develop content plans and manage content across websites, publications and social media platforms</li></ul><p>This is a part-time position based around a 38 hour week however the ability to attend out of hours meetings and College events is required from time to time.</p><p>For more information and to apply, please visit the Monte website, click on &#34;About Monte&#34; and then &#34;Working at Monte&#34; </p><p><strong>Applications close 15 August 2024</strong></p><p><strong>www.monte.nsw.edu.au </strong></p><p><i>The successful applicant must be willing to support the Catholic ethos of the College and provide a valid Working with Children Check prior to commencement.</i></p>
