Not required to work in school holidays</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>About You</strong><br /> <br />As a TAS Assistant, you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>Marcellin College Randwick's</strong> values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br /> <br />To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>consultation with the Leader of Learning - TAS in regard to the overall safety and maintenance of the facilitiesstrong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li> <li>assistance in stock take/restocking of supplies for the TAS Department where time permits</li> <li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>maintenance of inventory of equipment and materials</li> <li>organisation in equipment cupboards including sorting and storing of departmental resources</li> <li>safe handling practices of materials (timber), stock rotation and quality control</li> <li>experience in cutting and preparing materials for student projects</li> <li>experience working in administration</li> <li>the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li> <li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li> <li>excellent written and oral communication</li> <li>accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li> <li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li> <li>willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br />Application Process</strong><br /> <br /> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
