<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You will work collaboratively with the College Leadership team to continue to enhance the vibrant teaching and learning focus of the College. This is a leadership role that requires confidentiality, vision, organisational strength and openness to educational change.</p>
<p>To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>lead the professional learning program for staff</li>
<li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li>
<li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>mininum 2 years experience as a Coordinator</li>
<li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
</ul>
