We are always on the lookout for top talent to help us achieve our strategic goal of inspiring the future, through quality Catholic schooling and by strengthening the professional lives of our employees.</p><p><strong>Your duties will include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>NESA Accreditation&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive pedagogical knowledge base and understanding of how the identified subject areas are learned, what affects students’ opportunities to learn the subject matter and how the learning and teaching of the subject matter can be enhanced</li><li>Understanding of how to differentiate learning to cater for students needs to maximise student learning</li><li>Sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback</li><li>Committed to the continual improvement of their teaching practice and take opportunities for personal professional development</li><li>Work creatively and constructively within a range of 'communities' inside and beyond the school and set high, achievable goals for themselves and their students</li><li>Able to motivate students to achieve and to develop a life-long love of learning</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Tertiary qualifications in Education</li><li>Recent Graduates encouraged to apply</li><li>NESA Accreditation</li><li>Statements of Service</li><li>Working with Children Check clearance (essential)</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS IN YOUR APPLICATION</strong></p><ul><li>A Cover Letter addressed to the Principal introducing yourself and outlining how you meet the position criteria</li><li>Your Resume outlining education and experience</li><li>The contact details of at least two referees</li></ul><p>This position involves working with children.
