<p><strong>Deputy Principal – St Joseph’s Nudgee College, Brisbane</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Edmund Rice Education Australia Colleges Ltd&nbsp;</p> <p>Boondall, Brisbane QLD&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>St Joseph’s Nudgee College is a Catholic day and boarding school in the Edmund Rice tradition for over 1,700 boys from Years 5 to 12.&nbsp; Since its establishment in 1891, Nudgee College has developed a proud reputation as a school in which fine young boys grow and develop into outstanding young gentlemen.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Chief Executive Officer of EREA Colleges is seeking to appoint an experienced educational leader as Deputy Principal, commencing in January 2025. The Deputy Principal is a key member of the College Leadership Team and is responsible for the strategic direction, operations, staffing, administration, risk and compliance as well as the extensive co-curricular program.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>An understanding of Catholic mission and identity that enables leadership that is authentic to the mission and values of the College;&nbsp;</li> <li>have successful experience in a senior leadership position in a school setting;&nbsp;</li> <li>have a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as the leader of an executive team;&nbsp;</li> <li>be able to assist with the development of community amongst staff, students and parents;&nbsp;</li> <li>have experience in working with School Advisory Councils/Boards;&nbsp;</li> <li>have demonstrated excellence in school leadership roles, reflecting integration of mission, pedagogy and pastoral care, particularly as it applies to the education of boys;&nbsp;</li> <li>have success and experience in staff management and employment processes; and&nbsp;</li> <li>can work in a confidential, collaborative and challenging team environment; supportive of the Principal and the CLT members&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul>
