Marist Catholic College North Shore (MCCNS), is a coeducational K-12 Catholic Secondary School in the Archdiocese of Sydney, imbuing the faith life, values, work ethic and pragmatism of St. Marcellin Champagnat. MCCNS is experiencing an unprecedented increase in enrolment across Stages 3-6 having embarked on a transformative educational project. About you

As a Food Technology teacher you will be innovative, highly skilled and passionate. You will play a vital part in developing and implementing effective lesson plans to ensure high-quality student learning and engagement.

The successful candidate will:

• have minimum two years full-time teaching experience
• create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
• demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Food Technology.
• utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
• support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

• minimum two years full time teaching experience
• a Tertiary qualification in Education
• eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

Competitive Salary of $91,413 - $135,977 excluding superannuation (depending on experience) - payscale is reflective of the applicants teaching experience and in accordance with the Sydney Catholic Schools Secondary Work Practices Agreement 2020-2021.
