Not required to work in school holidays</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p>About You</p><p>As a <strong>Classroom Teacher</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br><br>Applicants should have:</p><ul><li>knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School</li><li>commitment to excellence as a classroom teacher and high expectations of all students</li><li>an understanding of the pedagogy needed to teach students of another language background other than English</li><li>develop learning environments reflective of the Science of Learning</li><li>work collaboratively in a team</li><li>manage the collection and analysis of student data</li><li>undertake professional learning to differentiate learning for diverse student needs</li><li>initiative to further develop as a practitioner and contribute to our professional learning community</li><li>strong interpersonal and organisational skills</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li></ul><p>Application Process</p><p>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
