We have an exciting opportunity for two Daily Organisers to join our team and contribute to our strategic leadership and culture of high expectations

Following this review, we have two fantastic opportunities for experienced and highly skilled Daily Organisers (POL3) to join Penola Catholic College from 2025 to 2027.</p><p>As the Daily Organiser you will assist the Deputy Principal Head of Campus and Director of Operations in the smooth and efficient daily operation of the particular Campus. You will ensure that organisational practices within the College are consistent with the College ethos and the Multi-Employer Agreement. You will also support and liaise with other Organisational Team members on organisational matters that may affect the daily operation of the Campus.</p><p>Due to the nature of the work undertaken by the Daily Organiser their attendance hours will be adjusted accordingly.</p><p>There will be a Daily Organiser for each Campus and you will work collaboratively with the other Daily Organiser to ensure consistency across the College.</p><p>Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>To be successful you will have strong organisational and time management skills. You will also be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’. You will also have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
