Following this review, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Director of Operations (POL4&#43;) to join Penola Catholic College from 2025 to 2027.</p><p>As the Director of Operations you will be responsible for the strategic and daily operations of the College, across both campuses. You will ensure that the school operates in a calm, purposeful and respectful manner. You will also support staff in coordinating special events, be responsible for calendar management, and maintain oversight of operational procedures. The Director of Operations will prioritise innovative improvements to school processes to ensure that student learning and staff and student wellbeing is at the forefront. </p><p>Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>To be successful you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’. You will also have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
