<p><strong>Location:</strong> Within schools, CBD and WFH<br><strong>Commencement Date: </strong>Immediate start or by negotiation <br><strong>Closing Date:</strong> Wednesday, 24 July 2024<br><strong>Capacity:</strong> Full-time, permanent<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br>The Supervisor: Amadeus Music Education Program focuses on leading the planning and delivery of the Amadeus Music Education Program, increasing opportunities for Music students and strengthening the recognition of the program in the wider community of Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS). <br><br>The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>developing and implementing a framework for K-8 Instrumental Music</li><li>leading the implementation, embedding and extension of the SCS Music Year 3-8 instrumental, vocal, Aspect, diverse learning and extension programs</li><li>leading the Amadeus workforce developing and implementing recruitment, development/wellbeing and retention plans</li><li>overseeing asset management including forecasting, procurement, inventory management and maintenance schedules</li><li>exploring and developing partnerships in support of delivery of events, talent development and professional learning for leaders and teachers</li><li>leading the development and implementation of a professional learning plan focussed on best teaching practices, feedback, extension of resources and professional development</li><li>leading the development and implementation of an engagement strategy focussed on strengthening the recognition of the program</li><li>critically evaluating and reporting on student progress and program delivery</li><li>any other duties as directed from time to time.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work for Sydney Catholic Schools</strong><br><br>In joining SCS, you will be part of the largest Catholic education community in NSW, with a unified vision and shared resources, encompassing over 145 schools and over 74,000 students.
