Student Wellbeing/Family Engagement Leader - (POL 2) St Bernadette's School is seeking an experienced, motivated and dedicated teacher/leader to join our school community as Learning Leader - Student Wellbeing. There is also the possibility of this role incorporating Family Engagement Position of Leadership - Level 2 and is for the 2024-2025 school year. It has an FTE of 0.6 which is negotiable.

We value strong partnerships between students, families, staff and the parish tied into our Catholic faith and identity, our traditions, our learning and teaching and the wellbeing of all.</p><p>St Bernadette&#39;s School is seeking an experienced, motivated and dedicated teacher and leader to join our school community as the Learning Leader - Student Wellbeing. There is also the possibility of this role incorporating Family Engagement. Position of Leadership - Level 2 and is for the 2024-2025 school year. It has an FTE of 0.6 which is negotiable. The successful applicant would start as soon as possible.</p><p>The role of the Learning Leader - Student Wellbeing/Family Engagement is to support the Principal in leading the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of the wellbeing and education of all learners in the school community. The role will also include a percentage of time working in classrooms.</p><p>Applicants are required to have:</p><ul><li>a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and to Catholic Education</li><li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School (desired)</li><li>qualifications in Student Wellbeing (desired)</li><li>recent success and experience in a leadership position</li><li>current VIT registration, inclusive of a Criminal Record check</li><li>a strong commitment to Child Safe Standards and the wellbeing of students and a commitment to the emotional and educational wellbeing of students.</li></ul><p>St Bernadette&#39;s is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.
