<p>Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is 1,100 students.</p><p>The College is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for the role of Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Operations. Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Technology, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ICT Services Staff and coordinating the efficient support of the ICT and AV staff in the College. </p><p>In addition to providing leadership to the IT Operations team and ensuring optimal functionality of all ICT systems and infrastructure, in this role you will collaborate with IT Leadership and the team to implement the College’s technology strategy that supports our educational mission. This role will liaise with key stakeholders including staff, students and parents to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.</p><p>The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified, have proven experience working in a leadership role within this field and exceptional communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
