This collaborative role is focused on data driven insights, developing recommendations to optimise marketing strategies for continued school growth and implementation of these strategies. </p><p>The role is key in developing recommendations to support: </p><ul><li>Attracting and retaining students into the CSBB community </li><li>Product enhancement  </li><li>School value propositions  </li><li>Reputational awareness  </li><li>Enhanced parent and student journey experience </li></ul><p>By leveraging market research, customer data, conducting a comprehensive competitive analysis, you will contribute to the strategic alignment of our system initiatives and continue to drive growth. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and the landscape specific to Catholic education </li><li>Regularly gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve marketing approach </li><li>Analyse community needs, including parish and diocesan demographics to inform marketing, community engagement strategies and targeted product development. </li><li>Develop marketing and promotion strategies that directly correlate with student enrolment growth </li><li>Develop insights that assist to create campaigns that highlight the unique value proposition of Catholic education and enhance community reputation awareness. </li><li>Develop and implement strategies to ensure improved student and staff retention and satisfaction  </li><li>Produce comprehensive reports and dashboards on marketing effectiveness and enrolment performance </li><li>Ensure efficient use of resources through appropriate reporting metrics </li><li>Provide insights to optimise marketing spend based on ROI analysis </li><li>Confidently present insights to Senior leadership and stakeholders  </li><li>Assist Principals/System Leaders in development and implementation of strategic marketing plans at local level </li><li>Provide training and development opportunities for school marketing officers and other staff involved in marketing activities </li><li>Contribute as a marketing SME to projects and initiatives as part of the Towards 2025 strategy and future CSBB strategies </li></ul><p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong> </p><ul><li>Supportive of the Catholic ethos &amp; values  </li><li>Skilled and experienced marketing specialist with at least 5 - 7 years&#39; experience in strategic marketing and insights or external-focused business analytics (within the education sector an advantage) </li><li>Tertiary credentials in Marketing, Communications (or a related field) or equivalent level of subject matter knowledge through any combination of education, training and/or experience </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences </li><li>Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret, and use data to inform decisions about marketing strategies </li><li>Solutions-focused mindset with a thorough understanding of marketing principles and experience in using marketing data analytics tools </li><li>Experience developing and implementing data driven marketing business plans from concept through to campaign measurement </li><li>Adaptive and responsive to change with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a range of stakeholders with competing priorities </li><li>Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply effective project planning and coordination across teams </li><li>Understanding of the role of marketing in the not-for-profit service sector is advantageous </li><li>Knowledge of customer journey cycles and levers to support buying and retention decisions  </li><li>Has advanced knowledge and skill in the Microsoft suite of products </li></ul><p><strong>Application Process </strong> </p><p>Applications should include:  </p><ul><li>A cover letter of no more than one page, addressing why you are interested in the role and addressing each of the essential requirements listed above; and  </li><li>A current resume  </li><li>Email to: <a href="mailto:careers&#64;dbb.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">careers&#64;dbb.catholic.edu.au</a></li></ul><p><strong>Closing Date: 5pm, Tuesday 6 August 2024</strong> </p><p><i>Agencies, please note that unsolicited resumes will not be accepted for this position. </i> </p><p> </p><p><i>Catholic Schools Broken Bay promotes a culture of safety and care for children and young people.
