A passion for working with children.<br>2. A demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive, professional relationships with students, parents and colleagues.<br>3. Strong knowledge of contemporary educational practices and curriculum development.<br>4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>5. Ability to inspire and lead staff and students.<br>6. Commitment to the values and ethos of SCOTS PGC College.<br>7. A commitment to immerse yourself in a community.<br>8.
