Our teaching and learning framework  is based on the principles of  Building Learning Power where resilience, resourcefulness, reflectiveness and relationships are developed and fostered.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>Key Requirements:</p><ul><li>Experience in VET teaching -Construction and Electrotechnology</li><li>Experience in TAS teaching - Stages 4 - 6</li><li>Degree plus recognised teaching qualifications. For example Bachelor of Education or equivalent, or an undergraduate degree plus post-graduate qualifications in teaching.</li><li>Eligible to be accredited with the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA).</li><li>Experience in the VET environment including demonstrated understanding of  NESA, ASQA and the VET Quality Framework requirements.</li><li>Commitment to upholding the College’s Christian Vision, Mission, and Values</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues</li></ul><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><p>This is a full-time permanent position, ideal.
