More specifically you will have:</p><ul><li>Providing high level operational finance support to school based staff and developing, implementing and reviewing school finance procedures and processes</li><li>Giving direction on school fees, billing and collections</li><li>Analysing results and budgets and advising school staff on appropriate strategies for improved management</li><li>Working through procurement and contract issues with staff and CEO</li><li>Working with the School and CSPD Support Teams on planning facilities issues (major and minor capital works)</li><li>Assisting with school compliance to system policies &amp; procedures</li></ul><p>Applications should include: a Cover Letter addressing the position criteria to Principal Leader, Angela Hay, and a current Resume. Interviews may be conducted prior to the closing date.</p><p><strong>Essential Qualifications and Accreditations:</strong></p><p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of St John Paul II Catholic College along with:</p><ul><li>Appropriate and relevant industry and previous experience</li><li>Tertiary Qualification in Finance ideal however, not mandatory for the role</li><li>Undergo and Clear Financial Background and Reference Checks</li><li>&nbsp;Valid<a href="https://ocg.nsw.gov.au/"> Working with Children Check</a>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
