While the timeline may change, we expect that these interviews will start from 5 August 2024. Candidates who applied last year and progressed to the Leadership Talent Pool will still need to re-apply, but they will automatically progress to Step 2. </p><p><strong>Step 2: </strong>Following your initial Zoom interview, if you successfully progress to the next stage, we will either: </p><p>a) match your application to a current and specific vacancy, and invite you to attend a second interview for that specific role; or </p><p>b) we will place you in our 2025 Leadership Talent Pool ready for consideration when additional vacancies arise later in Term 3 and Term 4, as they typically do every year.
