We are seeking an Enrolment Registrar to join our Communications & Engagement team.

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><ul><li><strong>Ongoing full-time</strong></li><li><strong>A dynamic opportunity to work with our network of schools</strong></li><li><strong>Hybrid working model</strong></li></ul><p><br><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an Enrolment Registrar to join our Communications &amp; Engagement team to facilitate relationships between CSPD, schools and prospective families to drive enrolments in CSPD schools.</p><p>The Communications and Engagement team aims to grow enrolments across the system while advocating for Catholic education in Greater Western Sydney. The Enrolment Registrar role&nbsp; collaborates closely with the marketing team to support CSPD in achieving its strategic objectives and assist schools in making a significant impact on enrolment.<br><br>The Enrolment Registrar is accountable for:</p><ul><li>Connecting current and prospective families to the available resources and support offered for enrolment into CSPD schools (including CSPD sponsorships, academic pathways, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students support services, financial hardship and disability support)</li><li>Managing and responding to inbound enquiries from prospective families regarding enrolment systems, procedures or any additional support relating to the enrolment process</li><li>Supporting schools and families with waitlisted students and facilitating the redirection of excess demand to undersubscribed CSPD schools</li><li>Supporting schools with families relocating from overseas with visas and / or funding requirements</li><li>Providing high-level data-informed advice to schools, families and wider community about enrolment opportunities in CSPD schools<br><br>&nbsp;</li><li>Establishing a data reporting rhythm across the CSPD school network and supporting schools to ensure data quality</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment with the purpose and core values of CSPD along with:</p><ul><li>Tertiary qualification in a relevant area of study or equivalent experience</li><li>Management and leadership experience</li><li>Demonstrated capability in customer experience and sales-related roles</li><li>History of delivering customer service training</li><li>Experience with managing data reporting processes and ensuring data quality</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>There are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
