As a Paralegal with CSPD, you'll provide support to the General Counsel and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Legal team within the Legal, Governance and Risk directorate.

We are always on the lookout for top talent to help us achieve our strategic goal of inspiring the future, through quality Catholic schooling and by strengthening the professional lives of our employees.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>In this newly created and varied role, you will spend your workdays:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Conducting legal research and analysis using sophisticated techniques to identify causes and devise solutions for a wide range of legal matters.</li><li>Drafting and reviewing legal documents, briefing papers, internal policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards and organisational policies.</li><li>Providing support in the development of compliance frameworks, governance structures and systems to manage legal risks effectively.</li><li>Liaising between internal and external stakeholders, as well as relevant third parties and counselling on the progress of cases.</li><li>Providing administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation and legal record management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We're seeking a dynamic, efficient, and engaging individual who possesses the following key attributes:</p><ul><li>A proactive and team-oriented attitude.&nbsp;</li><li>A tertiary qualification in the relevant area of study.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Suite and legal research tools.</li><li>Previous experience as a Paralegal would be well regarded.</li><li>Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Capacity to carry out research, analyse data and offer sound recommendations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and experience to a respected educational institution guided by Catholic values.
